Wound Filter Cartridges are highly liked by the manufacturing industries, Wound Filter Cartridge are made to handle the toughest filtration jobs. They provide a cost-effective, compact, and simple-to-install and-maintain filtering system for removing particulates from liquid. Wound cartridges are made from a variety of basic components that have been carefully chosen. Using cutting-edge technology, these are converted into fibres of various grades. They are coiled into cartridges with a carefully controlled micron rating after being carded and spun into roving. We have complete control over the quality and filtering qualities of our products, from raw materials to final goods. They are valued for their high dirt holding capacity and durable design, which allows them to handle a variety of liquid and gas filtering applications.
Operation
Unfiltered fluid goes through a depth filter matrix, which allows finer particles to be retained over time, resulting in increased efficiency, better dirt retention, and longer filter life. Through filter medium, fluid passes from the outside to the inside. Particulates are trapped in the filter matrix, and clean fluid flows to the cartridge’s downstream side.
