Stainless steel cartridges are made of SS304, SS316 And SS316L. SS Filter Cartridge or SS Cartridge Filter are made of solid steels with high quality grades so they overcome the limitations of fabric and synthetic fibre media. Our ss filter cartridge is extremely stable at high temperatures and can even endure high pressure change.
Our stainless steel Filter Cartridge is available in customised grades of steel like SS 304, SS 316, SS316L and more. We make filter these ss filter cartridge in cylindrical and pleated form of surface, in some design where more filtration area is require we pleat the filter media and set the height of pleat accordingly so that we get the required filtration area, in both the side we use a supporting mesh of 40 mesh and more other mesh which ensure not to damage both the surface, even in some application we give high strength outer guard for out to in filtration. We do a bubble point test at our end to ensure large leakages in welding and seams. Stainless steel media ensure not to pass any media migration, in Steel Filter cartridge we use woven filter media and non woven filter media. Customers can reuse after washing with pressurised air or water or the same fluid to get it clean.

Construction Of Sintered Material Filter Cartridge
SS composite fibre material is made of SS316L. Under vacuum conditions, the composite fibre material is sintered together with a wire mesh and rolled into mats of a given thickness. Plain, pleated, or according to customer specifications, stainless steel cartridges can be made into tubes, cartridges, or discs.
