Spun Bonded Filter Cartridge made by our company made of vergin quality propylene raw material. . The polypropylene fibres got spun together and with care to provide a proper gradient density from the outside to the interior surface. Both core and non-core versions of filter cartridges are available. Even under extreme working circumstances, the superior structure remains intact, with no media migration. The entire construction of the spun filter cartridge is made of pp polypropylene. We don’t use any binders, lubricants. The polypropylene fibres get thrown on the centre rod of the machine continuously and the spun filter cartridge gets ready, we make it with core Spun filter cartridge and without core spun filter cartridge.
Operation
The contaminated fluid when passed through a depth filter doesn’t allow retention of small particles. That’s why a spun filter gives higher efficiency compared to other filter cartridges, gives better dirt holding capacity and longer life of the filter cartridge. Contaminated fludes enter from outside to inside, and all the unwanted particles get trapped in the outer surface, while clean and clear liquid fluid flows to the cartridge’s down side.

- To prevent dirt and scale adhesion, all housings constructed of SS 316 L, SS 316, and SS304 are mirror polished and electropolished.
- Housings made of carbon steel are sandblasted, epoxy coated and then painted with two coats of synthetic enamel.
- There is an ASME code stamp available.
- Designs for duplex, triplex, and jacketed cartridge filter units are available.
- There are high-temperature and high-pressure designs available.
