Sintered PP Filter Cartridge is made of high quality polypropylene ( PP )raw material. Sintering is a powder-based method for producing objects. In this process powder non metallic pp material is processed in a certain temperature to bind partially and it generates required porosity. Sintering is a technique that is historically used to make ceramic objects before being applied to filtration. Particles bond with one other during the sintering process, forming a porous structure that allows any fluid, air, or gas to pass through without disrupting the structure. This construction is designed to withstand particles larger than the specified micron size. To eliminate deposited particle burden, these elements are back rinsed for cleaning purposes. Also, these sintered solid filters are able to withstand very high differential pressure across the filters.
