Polypropylene Pleated Cartridge is made of vergin quality polypropylene raw material. This is a disposable range of filter cartridges which gives very fine results so this Polypropylene Pleated Cartridge widely used in Food and pharmaceuticals, biotech and dairy, drinks and brewing, semiconductor and water treatment, and other demanding process sectors.
The microfiber technology builds a type of unique gradient resulting in a fine micron rating and high flow capacity. It has excellent dirt holding capacity. The contaminated liquid fluid flows towards the outside to inside where the unwanted dirt gets trapped on the outside of the filter cartridge.
These Polypropylene Pleated Cartridges are made of 100% polypropylene ( PP ). The major raw material is top cap, bottom cap and filter media, each and every raw material made of PP in fact there is no use of any glue or adhesive to join the caps. All the raw material tested and ensured to be safe biologically and it met FDA quality standards. PP is compatible with most of the liquid fluids used in several industries that’s why it has huge demand in the market.
