Felt Filter Bags are composed of a variety of fabrics, including polypropylene, polyester, and Nomex media. Felt Filter bags are available in different micron ratings like 1 Micron, 5 Micron, 10 Micron, 25 Micron. The top polypropylene or polyester caller is ultrasonically fused to these bags. Felt bags with embossed micron ratings are offered for easy identification. In comparison to ordinary bags, they have a large dirt holding capacity. When a Felt Filter bag is able to carry large contaminants compared to other bags it is also able to handle high differential pressure.
- Its SDS Seal fits easily within the cage, making installation simple.
- To prevent liquid bypass, there are two seals.
