Cartridge Filter housing system is widely used in manufacturing industries and it gives high flow. It has more dirt holding capacity then compared to any other filter system. It comes with Single and multiple cartridges in one filter housing it ranges from 1 to 400 cartridges. The cartridge filter housing is used in multiple stages in process industries; mostly it is used as a polishing filter for final filtration because it gives depth filtration. Filter Housing was constructed using seamless pipes and sometimes it got welded from bending the high thickness sheets. To avoid any foreign particle migration there is a positing sealing gasket and o Ring available depending upon the application and cartridges chosen.
Operation
Liquids that get Contaminated go to the housing and hit the entire surface of the filter cartridges and give depth filtration from outside to inside. All the contamination gets stuck on the outer surface of the filter cartridges and clear fluid gets passed through the filter cartridge inner diameter.
