Basket filters & strainers made by praimo are for manufacturing industries for different kinds of liquids, fluids pass through the basket at a certain pressure and solid foreign particles remain in the basket. Our Basket Filter And Strainers come up with a good user-friendly design that is easy to operate and easy to handle and clean. Our all different models come with single and multi-cylinder, we also produced pleated basket strainer elements which give more surface area in comparison of the cylindrical basket. These basket filters are made with the basket filter housing and having an inner supported perforation cage, sealing gaskets to ensure the leakages and bypass.
How Basket Filter & Strainer Work
The contaminated liquid fluids pass through the basket surface and keep back the solid foreign particles inside in the process of in to out design basket filter system, now in the other design where flow passes throughout to in. fluid passes the basket surface on certain pressure from out to in and the foreign particles remain to keep back out the slide of the basket. These basket filter housings also come with backwash arrangements where frequent cleaning can be avoided. Basket Filter Element comes with a spring welded on the top which actually ensures to get more effective sealing of the gasket with filter housing, ultimately it ensures any leakages and bypasses it also helps the basket to take the proper position inside the housing.

Duplex Basket Filter & Strainers
Duplex Basket filter and strainer design to operate continuous flow, so whenever the any of the one filter housing get choked it the same time valves can be operated and instantly second housing can be run parallely, in most of duplex basket filter and strainer flow operated by three way ball valve for small line size connections and for big connection butterfly valve using with tee between two filter housing.
